Custom plans are specifically designed for your individual needs and life style.
Custom residential planning is a two step process.

Step One: Preliminaries
Preliminary plans are the ideas and concepts of the client and the designer to determine the conceptual floor plans and elevations.
Preliminary plans are charged at $0.30 per living square foot up to 10 preliminaries.
Prices are subject to change without notification. All fees are non-refundable.

Step Two: Construction Documents
Construction Documents are based on the approved preliminary. These documents are used for permitting and construction, consisting of elevations, floor plans, foundation plan, building sections, roof plan and details.
Construction Documents are charged at $1.50 $1.00(for limited time) per living square foot.
